  • Our self-pay rate is $135/per session.

We accept all Worker’s Compensation and Motor Vehicle claims

IN NETWORK:

  • Medicare & Medicaid (Green Moutain Care).

    * Medicare and Medicaid patients must obtain a referral for physical therapy from their Medical Doctor before their first visit.

  • Cigna (only for UVM retirees)

  • BCBS of Vermont (check with your provider if you have BCBS of any other state)

OUT-OF-NETWORK

• MVP • UHC • Cigna • All other carriers

Note for Out-of-Network Insurance:

Patients with out-of-network insurance are responsible for the full fee at the time of service.

🇨🇭It is the patient’s responsibility to know before their first appointment if their insurance reimburses out-of-network providers.

Wayfinder can bill your insurance provider for possible coverage, or provide you with a reimbursement form to submit to the insurance company (Cigna is good about this).

We are happy to handle this on a case-by-case basis and keep you closely apprised of the status of your claim.
