The Role

We are hiring a full-time Lead Senior Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) for our outpatient physical therapy practice in South Burlington, Vermont.

This role is ideal for:

• A 3–10+ year clinician ready for increased autonomy and leadership opportunity.
• A high-performing PT interested in stepping into or quickly growing toward a Lead PT role.

This next hire is not simply a staff addition; it is part of the foundation for the next phase of growth.

We are looking for clinicians interested in building long-term in a practice with low ego, little bureaucracy, high autonomy, and an outstanding reputation in the medical community.

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary
Starting at $85,000 for clinicians performing at a strong professional level.

Compensation Growth
$90,000–$100,000+ total compensation for high performers who maintain consistent schedules, demonstrate leadership, and contribute to growth. Compensation increases with responsibility and influence.

Performance-Based Bonus
Structured bonus opportunities tied to schedule consistency and contribution to practice growth.

Continuing Education
Annual CE allowance provided. We support specialty development aligned with the practice’s clinical direction.
