The Role
We are hiring a full-time Lead Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) for our outpatient physical therapy practice in South Burlington, Vermont.
This role is ideal for:
A 1-6 year clinician ready for increased autonomy and a supportive, low-stress environment.

Compensation & Growth
Base Salary
Starting at $80,000 for clinicians performing at a strong professional level.
Compensation Growth
$85,000–$90,000 total compensation for high performers who maintain consistent schedules and contribute to growth (personally and for the business).
Compensation increases as responsibility and influence increase.
Performance-Based Bonus
Structured bonus opportunities tied to schedule consistency and contribution to practice growth.
Continuing Education
Annual CE allowance provided. We support specialty development aligned with the practice’s clinical direction.
